Can you buy ammunition online?

Of course you can!! We ship to most states. Please see our shipping restrictions before purchasing online for information on regions that do not allow for the shipment of ammunition and regions that require a permit for the purchase of ammunition. In compliance with federal law, we do not allow for the purchase of ammunition for persons under the age of 21. By agreeing to our terms and conditions when your order is placed, you agree that you are over the age of 21.

Where should I send my FOID/Permit?

If you plan on purchases from a state that requires a permit or FOID card, or if you would like to submit proof of eligibility for discounts, please send all documentation to admin@ammomarketplace.com. Documentation for eligibility-required discounts, such as military and first responder, and all orders requiring a permit/FOID card must be received before your order ships.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do! If you are a retired or active duty military member or first responder, we would like to show our appreciation and respect with an added discount to your order. Please contact us for more information.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days. Our shipping department operates Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mountain time. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Customers will receive an automated email with their tracking information once the order has shipped.

What is Insured delivery?

Insured delivery is FedEx provided insurance for your shipments. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, a claim can be filled for full reimbursement of the product value.

What is Adult Signature Required delivery?

FedEx obtains a signature from someone at least 21 years old (and possessing the required government-issued photo ID) at the delivery address.  If no eligible person is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. Adult signature required delivery greatly reduces the risk of theft but does not provide monetary compensation for a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment.

Should I select Adult Signature Required or Insured for my delivery?

Although we do not require that any of our customers select Adult Signature Required or insured delivery, we do strongly recommend it. Ammo Marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. By not selecting Adult Signature Required or insured delivery, the customer assumes the risk of their lost or stolen merchandise.
